Richie Incognito Did A PSA Telling Miami Dolphins Fans To Act "Civilized"

NFL player Richie Incognito got suspended from the Miami Dolphins for harassing his teammate Jonathan Martin. Martin actually left the team because the harassment was so bad, and so far they're saying Incognito was the one who gave him the hardest time.

Ironically, Miami Dolphins player Richie Incognito did a PSA for the Dolphins about how people need to behave in a "civilized" manner. Someone found the video and posted it on YouTube.
