Before Tom Brady became Tom Brady, he was a second year quarterback forced into action when Drew Bledsoe got taken out in the second week of the 2001 season.

In week 14, the Patriots were in a dog fight with the gritty Buffalo Bills.  It was 6-3 New England early in the third quarter when Buffalo's Nate Clements knocked Tom Brady back to 1979.

A hit like this on Brady today would cost you a pretty penny and possibly some game time.
