Unless you're a tennis fanatic, you have probably never heard of Sergiy Stakhovsky. The Ukranian native is best described as a professional tennis journeyman. However, the 27-year old went to extreme measures to try and prove his point in a match this morning against No. 7 Richard Gasquet in the first round of the French Open.

In the first set against Gasquet, the Ukranian argued that a ball down the line landed in bounds, but the umpire disagreed and ruled it out. That was when Stakhovsky grabbed his iPhone and took a photograph of where he felt the ball landed. The move resulted in a warning from the umpire but the match continued and Stakhovsky lost on straight sets 6-1, 6-4, 6-3. Afterwards, he tweeted the picture he took during the match.
