Racing back to a parking meter to pay it before a cop notices it expired may not be an option for El Paso drivers much longer. The meters themselves will start tipping off the city.
Texas Walmart stores all have pretty big parking lots, loaded with parking spaces. Finding a spot close to the entrance isn't always easy but I doubt anyone has ever NOT found a space at all.
