Really? Tulsa Coach Danny Manning Is Named Conference USA Coach Of The Year?

This morning at the Don Haskins Center, Tulsa head coach Danny Manning was named C-USA Coach of the Year.How does C-USA over look the job of UTEP coach Tim Floyd? And with Tulsa leaving C-USA, how does this make any sense at all. Shock was also in the media room at the announcement as Manning was only asked one question.
