Lonzo Ball Makes First Lakers Public Appearance During WWE Raw

Lonzo Ball was at Staples Center last night, but it was not to practice his jump shot. Instead, the second overall pick in last week's NBA Draft was a guest of "Miz TV". Ball, his brother LeMelo, and father LaVar joined the WWE Intercontinental Champion in the center of the ring and as expected, things got a little heated between The Miz and Ball family.

A couple of things are obvious. First, LaVar needs some mic work when he's going toe to toe with a polished WWE wrestler like The Miz during Raw. He also was having a tough time keeping a straight face during the segment. Second, Vince McMahon gave LaVar's Big Baller Brand a huge marketing push with all the free publicity last night during the Miz TV segment. Finally, the Staples Center crowd popped every time Lonzo was mentioned as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers.
