Jacqueline Mendoza Ramirez faces charges of capital murder. As a parent, it's difficult to comprehend anyone wanting to harm their child, especially such a defenseless infant. According to the authorities, on November 27 around 3:10 PM, they received a call regarding an unresponsive child at Dell Medical Children’s Center. Upon arrival, they found that the baby's parents had brought him to the hospital because he was not breathing. Despite efforts to save the infant, he sadly succumbed to his injuries.

The ensuing investigation revealed that the baby had suffered multiple traumatic injuries, prompting notification to Child Protective Services while the parents were being scrutinized. An arrest warrant was issued for Jacqueline on December 18, leading to her arrest that same day on charges of capital murder.
