El Paso Chihuahuas Will Wear Texas State Flag Jerseys Tonight

The El Paso Chihuahuas return home for the first of seven games to be played at Southwest University Park. They will wear special red, white, and blue jerseys tonight, but we are still nearly a month away from their annual July 4th tribute. Instead, the team will pay tribute to the Texas State Flag with these awesome looking jerseys.

The back is a little reminiscent of the Texas Rangers road uniform. They will be auctioned off tonight with proceeds going to the United Way of El Paso and the Chihuahuas Foundation. Tickets are on sale now either by going online, calling 533-BASE, or by visiting the Durango Box Office.
