After a dreadful performance against the Eagles yesterday afternoon, the Dallas Cowboys (7-8) wanted to get out of Philadelphia as quickly as possible following their 17-9 loss.

There was just one problem. The charter plane scheduled to bring the Cowboys back home was "not viable", much like their offense.

Due to a mechanical issue, the team sat on buses for over 2 hours, waiting for the plane to be fixed.

The patience of players and staff was likely hanging by a thread, similar to their playoff hopes.

Dallas head coach Jason Garrett can't rely on his coaching, his players or a travel itinerary.

The team reportedly was finally able to leave around 11:00 pm.

The Cowboys need a win against Washington (3-12) next week, coupled with an Eagles loss to the New York Giants (4-11) to win the NFC East without a winning record and host a playoff game.
