Tom Lemming is one of the pioneers of what he calls the 'second season' of college recruiting.  Long before ESPN was televising blue chip high school football players picking a hat to signify where they would play college ball, Tom was scouting football prospects and logging his findings in a newsletter he circulated to college coaches and fans alike.

Naturally, Tom had a lot of thoughts on the future of Penn State from a recruiting standpoint.  Lemming realizes head coach Bill O'Brien faces significant challenges, but he thinks Penn State can compete for Big 10 titles within the decade.  He also applauded NCAA President Mark Emmert for his actions.
