Saul "Canelo Alvarez and Alfredo Angulo will square off March 8th, as the main event for a Showtime PPV.

Like Alvarez, Angulo is coming off a loss against Erislandy Lara ( the same guy who recently defeated Austin Trout). Canelo of course is coming off a loss to the p4p king, Flyod Mayweather Jr. by majority decision in September.

Canelo, in my opinion has just the kind of an opponent he needs to get back in the win column.

Angulo, has a professional record of 22-3 with 18 of his wins coming by knockout, he's a brawler who is not afraid to back down.

However, when your fighting someone like Canelo, that might just be the thing to get you in trouble.

Golden Boy says, Canelo would like to fight three times this year, starting with his March 8th PPV showdown with Angulo.
