Cadwallader Mountain Farms is More than Ready for This Cherry Season

June is cherry season and we are ready for it- and so is Cadwallader Mountain Farms!

Cadwallader Mountain Farms, located at 13 Mountain Park Road in Mountain Park, NM, is a small family farm. It's about an hour and a half away from the blazing Sun City. They have "U- pick Cherries" in June for cherry season; they also have other fruits and vegetables available by season.

Nestled at about an hour and a half away from the blazing Sun City is Cadwallader Mountain Farms, and this cherry season you won't want to miss out on getting your pick of the fruit!

You'll be able to browse Cadwallader Mountain Farms' orchard and get your pick of cherries starting Tuesday, June 14.

Cadwallader Mountain Farms will provide buckets for you to use to pick, ladders to use to pick if necessary. They will also provide bags to put your cherries in. As for the cherries available? They will start the season with Bing Cherries. The Rainer Cherries and Sour (pie) Cherries will ripen later this season!

Their price is $5 per pound with a discount for volume purchases. They accept cash or check only.

Every summer, El Pasoans travel to the mountains in Ruidoso and Cloudcroft to get a break from the heat; but also, to visit the surrounding areas for cherry season!
