Will Ferrell Plays 10 Baseball Positions for 10 MLB Teams in One Day

Will Ferrell did something yesterday that most people would say is impossible. The actor played all ten positions for 10 different Major League Baseball teams in the same day. Ferrell's Spring Training tour, which was dubbed "FerrellTakesTheField" on social media, took him to five different Cactus League stadiums eigther by van or by helicopter. The idea was part of an HBO special in conjunction with Funny or Die and MLB to help fight cancer.

In Ferrell's final Cactus League appearance, he took the mound for the Los Angeles Dodgers against the San Diego Padres and he faced former El Paso Chihuahuas player Rico Noel.

When it was all over, the actor had a chance to thank the crowd of over 10,000 that gathered in Peoria, Arizona to watch the Dodgers-Padres game.
