UTEP Basketball Souley Boum: 'We are ready for everybody'
Sophomore guard Souley Boum was one of five players that had to sit out the entire 2018-19 season per NCAA transfer rules. He practiced and got better with the group during the offseason and now that the regular season approaches, Boum is ready to help this team win.
