Sportstalk Will Be Live From UTEP Soccer Friday, August 22nd

For the first time ever, Team 600 will broadcast live from University Field, before the UTEP women's soccer team hosts Texas State in their season opener. Sportstalk will take the air at 4pm, 90 minutes before the UTEP Alumni Association presents their pregame tailgate party with free food from Rudy's BBQ. Miners head coach Kevin Cross offered up his season preview.

Last week, the annual UTEP Soccer media penalty kick challenge took place at University Field and Los Mineros captured the coveted crown. Meanwhile, Team 600's own Chad Middleton took his lone penalty kick for glory against goalkeeper Keighton Allen.
