Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way ... to the El Paso Zoo to hang with Santa Claus himself.

The Big Guy in the Red Suit is taking a couple of days off from supervising all the busy little elves at his toy shop in the North Pole to help turn the zoo from wildest place in town into the merriest place in town.

After taking last year off to protect himself from the nasty virus, Santa is hopping in his sleigh and returning to the 915 for the 2021 Santa at the Zoo holiday celebration.

Jolly Old St. Nick will be at the El Paso Zoo on Saturday, December 11, and Sunday, December 12, 2021, and he's bringing special treats for the zoo animals and fluffy snow for the kids.

Wait, what? Snow? Yes, snow.

I'm told Santa will use his magical hat to transform the splash pad into a winter wonderland of "real snow" that the kids can use to make snowballs, snow angels, and maybe even a tiny snowman. Not only will children be able to frolic in the snow, they can also pose for a pic with Santa.
