The US Women's National Soccer Team fended off France behind Megan Rapinoe's two goals to advance to the semifinals of the 2019 World Cup by a final of 2-1 at Parc de Princes in Paris today.

Rapinoe, coming off of a two-goal game, repeated that performance becoming the first woman in FIFA history to accomplish that feat.
The Americans advance to their eighth consecutive semi round and will face England on Tuesday, July 2.
