A new house cleaning hack might be lazy enough for even Buzz Adams because it takes only 15 minutes a day.

Anyone who listens to the Buzz Adams Morning Show knows that Buzz isn't someone who puts a lot of energy into things that don't "stimulate" him.

Buzz's motto for life is "take the path of least resistance."

So when I came across the FlyLady cleaning method, created by organizational expert Marla Cilley, which only requires only 15 minutes a day, I thought it might be "low-effort" enough for Buzz to eventually work out.

When it comes to cleaning his house that usually means hiring somebody to do it, but the FlyLady cleaning system allows one person to clean their house in sections, not all at once.

First, you start off by organizing your home or apartment into 5 sections. Then you assign a day of the week to clean each area.

These are the sections, or zones, that FlyLady recommends.

Zone 1 is your entryway, front porch, and dining room. You complete this zone in the first week of the month.

Zone 2 is the kitchen, which is done during the first whole week of the month, meaning the first week in which there are seven full days.

Zone 3 is the main bathroom plus another room in your house, like maybe an office or pantry. This happens during the second full week of the month.

Zone 4 is the master bedroom and its closets and bathroom during the third full week.

Zone 5 is the living room, but because it is not a full week, it may overlap with Zone 1.

This seems simple enough for Buzz to follow at least once a day.

And if you paid attention closely enough you can see that you get the weekends off!
