Longhorn Network Opening Sequence [Video]

The highly anticipated Longhorn Network launched Friday night to a limited audience.  The ESPN backed network has had a difficult time lining up distribution partners.  Naturally, the network got famous Longhorn alum Matthew McConaughey to voice the dramatic introduction.  It's actually pretty cool.

Ok, maybe it's a little cheesy and over the top, but it's still better than ESPN's awkward and boring introduction from 1979.
