El Paso Locomotive FC enters this week as the only unbeaten team in the USL. They are in second place in Group B and they trail Rio Grande FC by just two points with two games in hand. The two clubs will meet next Wednesday in Edinburg, Texas in a key battle. However, Locomotive FC will not have one of their leaders in the lineup.

The USL today announced that midfielder Bryam Rebellon has been suspended for one match after his "violent conduct" last Friday night in the 79th minute against Real Monarchs SLC. As Rebellon was tripped up from behind by Ibrahim Bancé, the Locomotive FC vet retaliated by kicking the Monarchs midfielder in the bread basket. You can see the play that cost Rebellon the red card at the 1:56 mark of the video.

Locomotive FC played the remainder of the match down a man, and they survived a flurry of activity by Real Monarchs SLC to hold on and win their fourth match of the season by a 2-1 margin. With Rebellon unavailable next Wednesday, El Paso head coach and technical director Mark Lowry could opt for Jose Aguinaga or Chapa Herrera in the starting lineup. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. MT.
