LeBron James Among 44 US Olympic Basketball Team Finalists

LeBron James is among the 44 finalists for the team that USA Basketball will send to the Tokyo Olympics this summer. The list includes 19 players who have won gold medals at past Olympics or World Cups. If James plays, he would join Carmelo Anthony as the only four-time men's basketball Olympian for the U.S. There will not be tryouts as USA Basketball goes through the process of selecting the 12-man Olympic roster. The roster is expected to be decided in early June and training camp for the team will start in early July. The Olympics begin July 24.
