Don't look know, but the UTEP Men's basketball team are starting to hit their groove. The Miners have started off C-USA play 2-0, including Saturday night's impressive 74-63 win over Marshall. Two big reasons for UTEP's turnaround are Konner Tucker and McKenzie Moore. Tucker scored 18 points against Marshall and has been UTEP's best perimeter shooting threat. Moore had his best game as a Miner Saturday night, when he tallied 14 points, 7 rebounds, and three steals.

UTEP is back in action tonight and hosts Houston Baptist. The game should be more of a tune-up for the Miners, since they travel to Tulsa to play the Golden Hurricanes Wednesday night and then host Hall of Fame coach Larry Brown and the SMU Mustangs Saturday afternoon.
