There are some commercial jingles that just live rent-free in our heads forever.

For me, it’s JG Wentworth. You know the one. I don’t even need to finish the phone number because there’s a good chance you’re already singing it.

Then there was Education Connection, another song that had absolutely no business being that catchy.

And, of course, the FreeCreditReport.com commercials. You remember those, right?!

The guys singing about everything from bad credit to questionable life decisions while somehow making a credit report website sound like the hottest band in America?

Now that the song is properly stuck in your head again, allow me to introduce you to an El Paso piercer who found a much funnier use for it.

This El Paso Piercer Gave the Commercial a Piercing Twist

Alexander is a local piercer at Envy Tattoo Studio in Northeast El Paso, and scrolling through his TikTok brought me across something I was absolutely not expecting: FreeCreditReport.com-inspired piercing songs.

And after looking through Alexander’s profile, the musical commitment makes a little more sense. Along with piercing, he’s also a musician who sings and plays guitar.

Basically, he had all the ingredients necessary to turn an old commercial jingle into a song about getting pierced.

And he committed to the bit.

Tell me you didn’t immediately recognize what he was doing.

The familiar commercial style is there, except Alexander has swapped out all the credit-report problems for the world of piercings.

And thankfully, he didn't stop at just one.

There’s something about taking a commercial jingle so many of us still remember and giving it completely new lyrics that just works.

Also, now I want more of these.

The Videos Match the Vibe at Envy Tattoo Studio

Alexander pierces at Envy Tattoo Studio at 4107 Dyer Street in Northeast El Paso, and judging by these videos, getting a piercing there probably comes with a few laughs.

The shop has also earned some pretty great feedback from customers online, with reviewers regularly mentioning a clean environment, friendly staff and a comfortable, chill atmosphere.

Honestly, Alexander’s videos only add to that vibe.

Getting a piercing can already be a nerve-racking experience for some people, so seeing the person potentially holding the needle also singing and playing guitar in ridiculous throwback commercial parodies somehow makes the whole thing seem a little less intimidating.

Please Tell Me This Becomes a Series

Now I'm curious how deep Alexander can go into the commercial-jingle archives.

Because if we’re bringing back the songs that have been trapped in our brains for years, there is plenty of material to work with.

And considering he can actually sing and play guitar, I feel like the possibilities here are endless.

For now, though, I have FreeCreditReport.com stuck in my head again- except this time I'm thinking about piercings!
