The El Paso Rhinos are back on the ice this Friday and Saturday as they open their home season against the Wichita Thunder at the El Paso County Coliseum Events Center at 7 p.m; and on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. These games are a Western States Hockey League three-game series, where the team will also be wearing special baseball jerseys, which will be auctioned off after the Saturday game.

The Rhinos are currently undefeated, so if you are one of those people who can't stand seeing the UTEP Miners lose another game, head over to the Coliseum to cheer on a team you shouldn't complain about. Tickets are only $5 for general admission, so treat yourself to better seats which begin at $7 and run up to $30 for balcony and free for military with ID.

El Paso sports teams continue to grow, so make sure you take the time to go out and support more of them like the El Paso Rhinos. They are a great team that doesn't get much credit from El Pasoans, so it is about time you stop by and see why they are the current champions! Plus, one El Pasoan is on the team, Ty Erramouspe, so show him your support!
