The 2014 NFL Draft is a day away and after evaluating and reevaluating the top prospects, it’s time to put a final stamp on my Top 40 prospect list.

The late risers include: Pittsburgh defensive tackle Arnold Donald, LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham, Fresno State quarterback Derek Carr, Virginia Tech cornerback Kyle Fuller, Indiana wide receiver Cody Latimer and Nevada offensive tackle Joel Bitonio.

Prospects that are falling as draft day approaches include: Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, Michigan State cornerback Darqueze Dennard, LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger and Florida State defensive tackle Tim Jernigan, who has fallen off my list after his positive drug test at the combine.

With all that said here is my final look at the Top 40 draft prospects entering the 2014 NFL Draft.
