FAQs: KLAQ’s Devil’s Highway Drive-Thru Haunted House Experience

We kicked off our opening weekend for The Devil's Highway, a drive-thru haunted house experience and received some questions.

El Pasoans are some curious creatures and we want to be sure we can help any questions that you have. Below you will be able to read some of the most frequently asked questions we have received so far through our social media pages.

What days is The Devil's Highway Open?
The Devil's Highway is open from Thursday through Sunday, which as of now, we only run through October 31st. If something happens due to COVID-19 guidelines, we will update you on that.

What Times Does The Devil's Highway Open and Close?
Their operating hours are Thursday and Sunday from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday and Saturday the highway is open from 7 p.m. - Midnight

What is the recommended age for riding through The Devil's Highway?
The age recommended to ride is 15 years old and up.

What are the prices per person?
Tickets are only sold PER PERSON at $20 a person.
You can purchase a $27 fast pass, per person.

Do you drive-thru in with your own car or does someone else drive you through it?
NO PERSONAL CARS are allowed. You will be driven by an employee of The Devil's Highway through the experience.

Is it sanitized?
Yes, virus control technologies will spray down each vehicle after every ride with their hospital-grade procedures to sanitize and disinfect each vehicle. The Pros at Virus Control Technologies use a multiple-step disinfecting process that kills bacteria mold viruses such as COVID.

Will You Have Food Trucks?

Yes, we will have food trucks out there and they will accept cash or credit cards. We will update you on which food trucks weekly.

It is true there is a walk-thru experience, during the drive-thru experience?
Yes, guests have a chance to walk through The House of Horrors but you do not have to go through it. You can stay in the car instead of going through the house.

Can I still tryout to be an actor for The Devil's Highway?
Yes, they are always in need of actors. You must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Please contact 915-302-6867 to schedule an audition.
