Did you know that one of the 50 most powerful people in sports is from El Paso? He is.

Stephen Espinoza is a Coronado High School graduate and now the EVP and GM of Showtime Sports. Espinoza took time out of his busy schedule to join Steve on SportsTalk last Friday.

Espinoza talks about the media tour going on for the Mayweather vs Canelo fight, how he has gotten to where he is so fast, how he has grown Showtime to take over HBO as number one for boxing, has he always been a boxing fan, breaking the gate record for a boxing match and much more!

"The first sporting event I remember crying over was when Muhammad Ali lost to Leon Spinks. I think I was 8years old at that point. That was like one of the greatest tragedies of a young kids life."
