The K-pop obsessed are going to want to be at the El Paso Zoo the second Saturday in September

The global phenomenon will take center stage at the first-ever In the Zoop: K-pop Night at the Zoo. It will be a Seoul-ful night at the zoo that evening as they celebrate all things K-pop.

Korean pop music or ‘K-pop’ as it's better known has taken over the internet and the world. Groups like BTS, Blackpink, Seventeen, and Girls Generation are selling millions of albums and racking up millions of views and streams online.

K-pop stans who attend In the Zoop: K-pop Night at the Zoo can sing along to and dance to their favorite K-pop songs, watch local dance group Allures do their synchronized routines to the K-pop sound, and listen to local girl group Pie Sisters perform covers of K-pop songs.

There are no online advance ticket sales, although they can be bought in advance in person at the zoo's front gate. Tickets will also be sold on the day of the event.

Admission is $10. El Paso Zoo Society memberships will not be honored as it is a non-Zoo Society special event, but members can get in for the discounted price of $8.
