After early solo home runs by Andrew Susac and Tony Abreu, Fresno scored six times on five hits in a ten-batter sixth inning. All eight runs came against El Paso starter Jason Lane, who surrendered eight hits, including three homers. Jorge Reyes, Tim Sexton and Jeff Francoeur pitched scoreless relief outings in the loss for El Paso. For Francoeur, it was his fourth pitching appearance this season and he has yet to allow a run.

The Chihuahuas split the four-game series with Fresno, winning the first two games and losing the next two.

This home run by Carlos Quentin in the 6th inning was estimated at over 440 feet!

Jeff Francoeur pitched again on Friday and still has a 0.00 ERA. Check out his final pitch of the inning.
