Earlier today, El Pasoan Devin Cuevas launched a video on YouTube that instantly went viral around the Sun City. It depicts El Pasoans singing and dancing to Pharrell Williams' hit song "Happy". Cuevas shot the video all over El Paso over a two week period and it features some of the city's biggest landmarks. Enjoy!
