Despite a 12-6 halftime advantage, the Seattle Dragons gave up 18 unanswered points in the second half in a week 3 XFL West Division match-up in a 24-12 loss to the Dallas Renegades at CenturyLink Field yesterday (Feb. 22).

The Dragons (1-2) fell to third place with the loss to the Renegades (2-1) who vaulted into second place within the division.

Seattle jumped out first on a 21-yard scoring strike from QB Brandon Silvers to WR Austin Proehl to make it 6-0. After Dallas knotted the score at sixes, Seattle took a 12-6 lead into the locker room after a Kenneth Farrow TD reception of 19 yards.

Silvers ended the game going 21/34 for 204 yards, 2 TDs and one interception. Proehl led all pass catchers with 6 grabs for 81 yards.

The Dragons hit the road next Saturday to take on the St. Louis BattleHawks at 2:00 p.m. on Fox.
