Dallas Cowboys Put the Franchise Tag on Dez Bryant

The Dallas Cowboys have officially put the franchise tag on wide receiver Dez Bryant. The Cowboys had hinted all offseason long that they would tag Bryant if they couldn't come terms of a new contract.

Bryant will now make $12.8 million for the 2015 season.

The Cowboys have until July 15th to work out a new contract with Bryant if not, they won't be able to restructure a deal with him until the end of the season.
