American Swimmer Ryan Lochte is Kind of a Dult [Video]

The other day on the "Sports Spin" I said there was something a little off putting about American swimmer Ryan Lochte.  I couldn't describe exactly what it was, but this video shines a clearer light about my feelings on Lochte.  As talented as he is in the pool, he doesn't seem to possess much grey matter.

I understand that no one expects athletes to be brain surgeons or gifted orators, but this guy really seems to struggle to put more than six words together.
