After two plus miserable seasons, UNM head football coach Mike Locksley has been relieved of his duties.  Since taking over for Rocky Long after the 2008 season Locksley's record was 2-26.

Mike Locksley, whose 33 months as New Mexico’s head coach have been marked by failures both on and off the field, became the first coach to be fired in 2011 after another off-field incident and another embarrassing loss.

Apparently, travelers in San Francisco's International Airport need to be very careful what pants they wear when they travel. New Mexico Lobos safety Deshon Marman found this out the hard way when he was arrested for wearing saggy pants.
