Nearly 12,000 raucous and vocal fans were ready, willing, and able to cheer the UTEP Miners into their second straight NCAA tournament appearance.

With El Paso hosting its first conference college basketball tournament in 20 years, I felt it was appropriate to handicap each team’s chances of winning the C-USA Men’s Championship.
