The UTEP men's basketball program received some bad news earlier this morning when the NCAA denied Josh McSwiggan's appeal for eligibility. As a result, the 6-7 forward will not be able to play for the Miners until next season, and he will only have three years of eligibility left...

Today marked the first day of the late signing period and the UTEP men's basketball team added some much needed scoring by signing Josh McSwiggan to a national letter of intent. The 6-7 guard/forward becomes the first British basketball player to ever sign with the Miners, and will join the team as a freshman for the 2015-16 basketball season...
