After three seasons at UTEP, Miners forward Efe Odigie became the second Miner to put his name into the transfer portal.

UTEP's Efe Odigie returned to the floor for the first time in nearly six week, and he responded with 27 points off the bench in two home wins over Charlotte.

Efe Odigie had his season-best 15 points (6-of-12 FG) off the bench and 10 boards, along with another exceptional performance by Bryson Williams, who had 28 points and 10 rebounds in UTEP's 67-66 slim win against Middle Tennesee.
