Snow in El Paso: Delayed Starts for El Paso Schools

A decent amount of snow has fallen upon El Paso and Las Cruces, so that means we have delays for the next school day. Unfortunately, that does not count for those of us who have jobs. Instead we have to just watch these schools' two-hour delays roll across out screen in disappointment.

Please be careful driving around El Paso in these winter conditions.

As of Tuesday (Feb. 11th) here are the school delays so far for Wednesday Morning (Feb 12th)

YISD:
"All schools & offices will have a 2 hour delayed opening. Elementary, including Pre-K & PPCD, will begin at 9:30 am. High & middle schools will begin at 10:30 am. Buses will pick up at the designated bus stop 2 hours from the original pick-up time. #THEDISTRICT #ElPasoSnow" - @YISD
