Apparently, travelers in San Francisco's International Airport need to be very careful what pants they wear when they travel. New Mexico Lobos safety Deshon Marman found this out the hard way when he was arrested for wearing saggy pants. As the 20-year old was boarding his flight to Albuquerque, a US Airways employee his pants were "below his buttocks, but above the knees, and his boxer shorts were showing." The employee then asked Marman to pull up his pants, and when he refused, was then asked to leave the plane. Later, Marman was charged with trespassing, battery, and resisting arrest. He is being held on $11,000 bail and his arraignment is scheduled for later today.

Apparently, there's more to the story. Marman was in the Bay area to attend the funeral of a high school friend and former football teammate. According to Marman's mother, her son was in a very emotional state. College athletes wear baggy pants all the time, but nobody wants to see their boxer shorts, especially in an airport. Marman learned that the hard way. Next time, just pull up your pants!
