Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and Udonis Haslem are all opting out of their contracts to become NBA free agents. That news is good if you are a Miami Heat fan. It means that Miami's Big 3: Wade, Bosh, and LeBron James are together one more time to take pay cuts in order to recruit one more star to help them win in South Beach.

In the last four years, the Heat have appeared in four NBA Finals but have won just two championships. The Spurs manhandled Miami in the Finals earlier this month, making it evident that the team needs another scoring option. Whether it's free agent point guard Kyle Lowery, Marcin Gortat, or even a pipe dream like Carmelo Anthony, the Heat will add another scoring threat while keeping their core together for the next few years.
