Post Game Gatorade Shower Goes Horribly Wrong [Video]

We all know the Gatorade shower for winning coaches 'jumped the shark' sometime in the early 90s, but it is as embedded in sports culture as the wave and John 3:16 signs.

They've gotten worse and worse over the years.  When the New York Giants started showering an unsuspecting Bill Parcells in the mid-80s, the bucket would always be high and right over his head.  Coaches now know it's coming, so they are usually doused on the back while running away from the bucket.

The nearly 30 year old practice hit a new low this weekend when the girls basketball team from North Platte Community College in Nebraska downed Dakota College to earn a trip to the NJCA tournament.

This is an EPIC Fail on just about every level......other than the fact the team won the game.
