Every sports fan looks forward to draft night, when their favorite team selects a young player they hope will turn into a superstar. New York fans are some of the most critical people on the planet, and they are often left disappointed on draft night.

Last night, the New York Knicks surprised many in the basketball world by choosing Latvian big man Kristaps Porzingis with the fourth overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. Many New Yorkers were hoping for Ohio State point guard D'Angelo Russell, but the Lakers gobbled him up with the second pick. Then, it looked like Duke big man Jahlil Okafor would fall into the Knicks' lap, but instead the Sixers grabbed him with the next pick.

That left team president Phil Jackson with a dilemma. He chose the European post player, who many think will develop into a premier big man. The problem is, he's at least two to three years away from tapping into that star potential. Watch the reaction from a young Knicks fan who was left shocked, angry and in tears after the Porzingis pick.
