The Kansas City Royals have a tough task of repeating as the World Series Champions. Since they're the team everyone is coming after, manager Ned Yost used a very odd way to inspire his team. To show  the team how strong he is mentally and physically, he decided to break a stack of concrete blocks with his bare hands. As you can see in the video above, Yost had no problem breaking the blocks, but he did suffer some cuts on his hands.

Something tells me that we won't be letting any of his players to try to do the same thing.
