The Kobe Bryant farewell tour is underway. On Tuesday the Kobe's last stop in his home town of Philadelphia didn't go well as the Lakers gave the 76ers their first win of the season. But on Wednesday night against the Washington Wizards, Bryant went old school as  he scored 31 points on 5-of-11 from the field in the first half and made difficult shot after difficult shot. Late in the fourth quarter with under a minute remaining, he scored five points in a span of 28 seconds on back-to-back possessions, including this three-pointer that helped put the game out of reach for good as the Lakers won their third game of the season.

Don't know how many of these performances we'll get to see from Kobe this year but it's good to see that a little of the old mamba is still in him.
