Tiger Woods Announces Long-Awaited Return to Golf [VIDEO]
Tiger Woods announced Tuesday that he’s returning to golf…again.
It’s been three months since Tiger suited up for a tournament, and he says that he’s finally “good to go” in the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational. “My expectation is to win,” he told reporters.
Tiger says that he hasn’t felt this good in years, coming off injuries to his left knee and Achilles tendon originally sustained at The Masters in April. Tiger had to skip the U.S. Open and British Open while recovering and recently let go of his longtime caddie Steve Williams. He’s yet to replace Williams, and will turn to childhood friend Byron Bell as his interim caddie this weekend. He’s won with other caddies before, but more questions linger now than ever for the golf god.
