First, there was Spygate, when the New England Patriots were caught videotaping the New York Jets defensive signals. Then, Baltimore Ravens Coach John Harbaugh accused the Patriots of an "illegal type" of formation after their dramatic 35-31 Divisional Round win eleven days ago. Today, Bill Belicheck found his team deep in another NFL controversy after they were found guilty of using 11 deflated footballs in their 45-7 route over Indianapolis. Will the New England Patriots always be known as cheaters? Should a team this good even have to cheat to gain an advantage? I wonder if Belicheck will feel like former pro wrestler-turned manager Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, when he leads his team onto the field next Sunday against the Seahawks.
