An NFL source has told ESPN insider Adam Schefter that the Oakland Raiders have drafted former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor in the third round of the supplemental draft.  That means the Raiders must forfeit their third round pick in the 2012 NFL draft.

The NFL allowed Pryor in the supplemental draft last week, but he must serve the same five game suspension the NCAA gave him.  He also won't be allowed to participate in practice until week 6 per the NFL.  In all likelihood Oakland will use Pryor as a receiver, and who knows how much quarterback he will play in the NFL.

Despite reports of inaccuracy at his personal combine in Pennsylvania, Pryor ran a 4.40 40.  If we know one thing about Al Davis he has a need, 'A NEED FOR SPEED.'
