As the Texas State Playoffs move into the Quarterfinals one El Paso-area team still stands tall.  While only one of the three area teams advanced, all three schools played tough. Canutillo used their extremely strong defense to hold off Azle on several occasions to hold on for the 17-10 victory and advance to the Quarterfinals of the 5A Division II state playoffs...

With November about to turn into December, the Greater El Paso Football Showcase All-Star Game is right around the corner.  The game is scheduled for December 20, 2014 at 1:05 pm in the Sun Bowl.  The rosters of both the East and West All-Star teams has been released...

Four El Paso-area teams entered action in the Area Round of the Texas High School Football Playoffs and three teams moved on to the Regional Round.  Let's take a look at how each team fared in there games. The playoff races became much clearer after Week Ten of Football Friday Night as several teams either clinched a playoff spot or put themselves in a great spot to do so next week.  Franklin finally opened up their very own stadium, and made a huge splash in the stadium's grand opening...
