With the NFL starting this weekend and the 2nd week of college football, here are the games that I consider worth watching this weekend.

Without a doubt, the most impressive thing I saw last night when the Dallas Cowboys beat the NY Giants 24-17 at Met Life Stadium, is that the Cowboys learned how to finish a game.  If you're a Cowboy fan you should be happy about a couple of things.

Thank God NFL football is back! It's like Christmas for us football fanatics. The best part of opening week is that everyone thinks that this is gonna be the year that their team wins the Super Bowl...that is until you realize your team isn't that good.

This past Saturday at the Sun Bowl, The Utep Miners shocked the nation as they gave the Oklahoma Sooners all they could handle.  Nobody thought the Miners were going to be in the game going into the 4th quarter 10-7.

This could be the dumbest play in football history.  In a game between Kent State and Towson last night, Kent's Andre Parker recovered a fumbled punt . . . and ran it 58 yards back in the wrong direction.  And then the other team TACKLED HIM.

Running Backs are usually the first pick people make when they have a fantasy football draft.  It makes sense because of all the points you can get from rushing and TDs.

In case you haven't heard a blockbuster trade was made last night between 4 teams than in the end will send Dwight Howard to the the L.A. Lakers, the Denver Nuggets will get Andre Iguodala, the 76ers will receive Andrew Bynum and Jason Richardson

This past Saturday UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon "Bones" Jones was at Sisbarro Sunland Park Used Cars signing autographs and taking pictures.  While Steve got to hang out with him for two hours and took some sweet pictures, we at Crunchtime...

After all the controversy surrounding it, the Julio Cesar Chavez Jr./Andy Lee fight took place without any problems this past Saturday at the Sun Bowl.  The weather was great and it was a great night of boxing!
