Sochi Arena Damaged by… Falling Cat?

I'm not sure if they have building inspectors in Russia, but if they do, it must be a pretty easy job.

A cat fell through some ceiling tiles in the Adler Area at Sochi which houses the speedskating. At first, I thought, "Okay, a cat gets in there. It happens." Then I realized there are wires and metal frames falling, too. That's not just a ceiling tile or two, it's practically the entire upper structure. Come on, Sochi!
